How this website handles browser storage, unfinished requests and account information.
Your choice
Optional browsing statistics stay off until you allow them. You can keep only necessary storage, allow analytics, or change your choice from “Privacy preferences” at any time. Refusing does not prevent browsing, contacting me or accessing your client account.
Necessary storage
First-party storage supports your selected language, remembers your privacy choice, and protects sign-in, verification and access to requested documents. Session cookies used for authentication are separate from browsing statistics. No password or verification code is stored by the privacy preference feature.
Optional analytics
With your permission, random session identifiers that do not contain your name or email measure page views, approximate country, referrals, visible time, active browsing time and scroll progress. Browsing statistics exclude email addresses, IP addresses, URL query values and document contents. They are not linked to contact messages or client identities. Private console and client-portal pages are excluded.
Your unfinished request
On Services and Contact, this tab can save an unfinished draft in session storage. Services saves your idea and service choices. Contact also saves the name, company, email, phone and message you enter, your contact purpose and the notes you write for each purpose. These drafts are not submitted automatically. Consent, passwords, sign-in codes, CSRF values and verification tokens are never part of a draft.
Draft lifetime and clearing
Drafts are available in the same tab for 30 minutes after your last edit, including when you reload or retry after an interruption. Expiry is checked when the page reads a draft or you return to the tab; it is not a promise of physical deletion at an exact second. Browser session restoration may preserve tab storage, but an expired draft will not be restored by the page. “Clear this draft” on either page clears the linked Contact and Services drafts and their handoff copies. An accepted live Contact submission also clears them; preview simulations do not. If tab storage is unavailable, keep the page open or copy your text: recovery after closing or reloading cannot be guaranteed. Avoid leaving personal or confidential details on a shared device.
Account activity and security
When you sign in to the client area, operational records are linked to your account and the clients you are authorised to represent. They include successful sign-ins, last activity and approximate visible and active time in the client area. Authorised administrators can review these figures to support service follow-up and account security. Duration and online indicators are estimates, not exact working hours or proof that a person is present. They are separate from optional public browsing analytics and are not controlled by the analytics cookie choice.
Verification and service providers
Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect sign-in and contact requests from automated abuse. When verification is used, the browser connects to Cloudflare and may provide technical browser and device signals. Our server sends the verification token and request IP address to Cloudflare for server-side validation. These security checks are separate from optional browsing analytics. Hosting and email providers process the data needed to operate the site and deliver requested messages. Turnstile protection does not by itself mean that the site uses Cloudflare as a proxy or that a particular firewall rule is enabled.
Marketing services
No advertising or remarketing provider is connected in this version. Marketing tags and cross-site tracking are not loaded. If a provider is added later, its purpose and storage will be disclosed and a new optional consent choice will be required before activation.
Storage and renewal
The privacy choice records a version, time and category choices, without a visitor profile. It is valid for up to 180 days; a material change requires a new choice. The selected-language cookie lasts up to one year. Analytics session identifiers expire after 30 minutes of inactivity and are removed when permission is withdrawn. Browser privacy signals can keep optional measurement disabled.
Requests and client documents
Details submitted through forms are used to respond to the request and manage the agreed service. Authentication, abuse prevention and hosting security records serve operational purposes. A cookie choice does not grant access to client documents or change document permissions. Submitted requests, service records and security logs are retained as needed to respond, provide the agreed service and protect its history; this version does not apply a single automatic deletion period to all server records.
